With less than a month until the release of Just Cause 3 there is a lot of hype surrounding it and how fun it will actually be. For the third installment of the series, Avalanche Studios has amped up the gameplay and open world. The map size is a lot bigger this time around and packed to the brim with places to explore and better yet, destroy.
This time around Rico has the ability to use a wingsuit, upgraded grappling hook, and more weapons. This means more fun to be had while traversing the various locations. Also included in the game is a vastly improved upgrade system that will allow you to cause more carnage during your playthrough.
Just Cause 3 can be serious one moment and wacky during another. This makes the game more diverse when compared to some of the other games released this year. Story missions are centered around destruction and taking out high value targets with the multiple gadgets at your disposal. One moment you can be launching a soldier in the air, the next you could be blowing up an oil rig. The fun you can have in the game is endless and relies on some imagination.
Much like Battlefield, Just Cause 3 has a new engine that allows for more destructible environments and objects. The destruction can range from trees to entire buildings. Another huge aspect of the game is te grappling hook on Rico’s arm. This allows you to grapple onto buildings, vehicles, and even people. In Just Cause 3 there is now a feature to multi-tether objects or people. It will allow you to do things you can’t do in any other game out as of now.
Fun factor is huge in the gaming industry, without it gamers will get bored and stop playing the games. With Just Cause 3 there is endless fun to be had. There is only one game series that can be compared to Just Cause 3 and that is Grand Theft Auto. Grand Theft Auto has many of the same elements as Just Cause but is missing many that can increase the fun factor for gamers. You can achieve gameplay elements from Just Cause in other games but with mods.
Just Cause 3 has promised to keep gamers engaged and sucked into the open world. There is no limit to the fun that can be experienced in this upcoming masterpiece. The sky is the limit and that can be surpassed with a great imagination in Just Cause 3. This will be the most fun you will have playing a videogame this year. The game launches on December 1st for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
