New Xbox One Update will allow you to purchase Backward Compatible games

1603-01

The title really says it all, Microsoft’s latest update to the Xbox One gives you the ability to digitally buy games that are backward compatible. This update has already started for those in the Preview Program and will roll out to all Xbox One’s sometime later. This is a very smart move for the Xbox as it gives you access to all the games so you don’t have to hunt them down yourself and keeps those sales in their pockets.

The fact that Microsoft even allows for backwards compatibility at all still blows my mind, I think it gives Xbox 360 games a longer lifespan than they would normally have. Let me know what you think of the feature, do you use it? If you don’t what games would make you want to use it? Post your comments below!
