Sony and the PS4 had a big month in November with the PS4 winning the month in console hardware sales, and this can be thanked for the huge sales of the Uncharted 4 PS4 Slim bundle which was 30% of all hardware sales in November 2016. Way up from the 17% of hardware sales for October 2016, which is not surprising as the bundle was one of the bigger deals for Black Friday 2016.
The PlayStation 4 was still the top-selling hardware system of the month, driven by the PS4 Slim Uncharted bundle. (30% of all HW sales)

It’s not all good news for consoles as the numbers show that console hardware sales were down from November 2016 to November 2015. The Nintendo 3DS on the otherhand had a strong 59% growth in sales from year to year.
Total hardware spend in November declined 35% YoY as growth in portable hardware sales was offset by declines in console hardware.

What that means is that the 3DS saw 59% unit sales growth YoY whilst both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were down YoY.
