Indie developer Funomena is bringing their new game Luna to the PlayStation VR this Fall.
Luna is a fairytale puzzle/adventure game where you have to guide Bird in rebuilding their world. Bird will have to solve puzzles and help bring the world back to life. Here are a few features of the game.
- Place, customize and interact with miniature, living terrariums.
- Solve celestial puzzles to unlock their plants and animals.
- Play musical flora and fauna to reveal Austin Wintory’s enchanting score.
- Travel down into the miniature world you have created to see the story unfold!
Luna is a tactile, interactive fairy tale about a young Bird who swallows the last piece of the waning Moon and is blown far from home. Players must untangle the Bird’s memories, revealing plants and animals it has encountered before. By planting and cultivating plants within terrariums, players bring life back to the moonless world. The Bird will meet other animals along its journey, who can help guide it home.
For those who don’t know the team over at Funomena is made up of creators who worked on titles such as Journey, Flower, The Sims 2, and Boom Blox. Those are some pretty great games and that and the trailer alone have me excited for Luna. It will be out on PlayStation VR on November 22 and if you’re headed to PAX West this upcoming weekend it will be playable there in the Sony booth.
