The weekly sales charts for the UK are in and FIFA 19 has managed to hold on to its No.1 spot despite competition from several major new game releases.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey took the No.2 spot this week despite seeing launch day sales decrease 26% compared to the launch of Assassin’s Creed Origins in 2017. Digital sales might have been higher this year but we don’t know for certain.
At the No.3 spot is another brand new release in Forza Horizon 4. Sales were slightly higher than Forza Horizon 3 and Xbox says that the game is the fastest selling title in the franchise yet in the UK. Good news for the game even though you can get it on Xbox Game Pass as well.
Spider-Man meanwhile continues to show good legs dropping to only the No.4 spot this week while Super Mario Party debuts at No.5. A couple other new releases worth mentioning include Astro Bot Rescue Mission for PlayStation VR at No.22 and Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise at No.21. You can read the full top 10 below.
