Telltale’s The Walking Dead: The Final Season Last Two Episodes Back in Development

It’s been two months since Telltale Games laid off almost their entire staff and closed their doors leaving over 250 people without jobs or severance pay. Not only that but The Walking Dead: The Final Season also was left unfinished with only two out of the four episodes having been released.

However, there was good news a few weeks ago when Skybound Games announced that they would try to hire some of the members of The Walking Dead team and finish the series right. Today we got a new update from Skybound announcing that development on the final two episodes has started up again with many of the original team members. They also said that they hope to announce release dates for the final two episodes soon and that if you already bought the season pass for The Final Season that you won’t be charged anything for the last two episodes.

So good news all around that not only did some former Telltale employees find work but also that consumers will get to see how Clementine’s story ends. Let us know in the comments if you’ll be playing the final two episodes when they release.
