One of my favorite PlayStation VR games of 2018 and one of the best multiplayer games available on the platform, Firewall: Zero Hour, is getting a massive content update next week on May 21.
Operation: Nightfall is a free update coming to the hit VR multiplayer shooter and developer First Contact Entertainment has a lot in store for players. The biggest update to the game yet adds a new map called Hangar and another map called F.O.B. will come later during this season.
Then there is a new Contractor to play as named Ruby. Ruby is able to steal Crypto from bodies using her new exclusive skill called Thief. Just like the maps another new Contractor will be added later in the season called Lynx. Three new weapons will also be added to the game in this update and they are the Richardson SG12, Sarge, and Raptor. These will be obtainable after completing the weekly missions associated with them.
The game will also be getting a new Missions system that gives players extra goals to pursue and will grant rewards such as new weapons for completing them. Every week a new mission will be made available. Those who purchase the new Op-Pass for the game priced at $9.99 will get access to more missions and seasonal cosmetic items.
Daily tasks are also being introduced to give players another way to earn some XP and Crypto. The UI in the game is also seeing a redesign in this update and improvements have been made to squad optimizations, performance, the enemy AI, and more.
