UK Weekly Video Game Sales Charts: Blood & Truth Becomes the First VR Game to Claim the No.1 Spot

The UK weekly retail video game sales charts are in and we had a game make a bit of history this past week. Sony London Studio’s newest PlayStation VR game Blood & Truth has managed to become the first VR game to take the No.1 spot.

Blood & Truth was the best selling game at retailers in the UK this past week having narrowly beaten FIFA 19 which finished No.2. London Studio’s previous PlayStation VR game, PlayStation VR Worlds, is also the best selling VR game to date in the UK so they should be happy that their second VR title is also finding success.

Team Sonic Racing finished first last week but has to settle for No.3 this week although sales didn’t suffer as big a drop as some may think. The rest of the top ten consists of games that have been sticking around such as Days Gone, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe, and Mortal Kombat 11. You can read the full top ten for the week below.
