Thanks to the Australian Ratings Board A Dishonored Game of the Year Edition has been revealed. I assume it will contain all the DLC that has been release so far along with next weeks Brigmore Witches. No release date has been revealed yet but I assume it will be released before the end of the year/before next gen arrives.
