5 Trends in Gaming that Need to Change or Go Away

It’s generally accepted that videogames today are a lot more fun than they were ten or twenty years ago. This has everything to do with developers wising up to deficiencies in game design and making improvements that ensure their games flow smoothly and don’t hinder the gameplay experience. Many games, both triple A and otherwise, sell millions of copies today as a result. However, there are still a few kinks in the system that need a good ironing out, and in this article I’ll be looking at five game design trends still ever-present in today’s releases that need to either be changed or removed completely.
