When the original 104 games were released by Microsoft it only included Fable II and not Fable III however this is a mistake as Fable III can be downloaded right now. If you own the Xbox 360 game digitally then go to the store on Xbox One, and search for Fable. Fable III should appear on the list, choose it, and then there will be an option to install the game.
Fable III does NOT show up automatically in your downloads so this is the only way currently to find the “hidden” backwards compatible game.
