  1. I am trying to play Red Dead Redemption on my Xbox One but when putting the game I get error code 0x8082000c stating that this game is not compatible with Xbox Backward Compatibility and refers me to Xbox.com/BackwardCompatibility. Why am I getting this error message and will not let me play the game when all versions of Red Dead Redemption are available with Xbox Backward Compatibility? Will someone please help?

    • I’m getting that same message after the most recent xbox update and cannot fix it.
