You heard correctly! Amazon has The Last Guardian Collector’s Edition in stock again, still going for the $119.96 price. This item that was once thought to have been such a limited edition item that the initial run would be the only run but here we have it in stock again. So if you missed it the first time around I wouldn’t suggest waiting at all this time. I definitely foresee it selling out again.
That statue alone makes this whole set worth the money but then you also get a collector’s box, art book, soundtrack, and a nice steelbook to hold it all in. We still don’t know if the game will live up to all of the hype but that very hype is what lead to the initial batch of Collector’s Editions to sell out so fast.
For those who don’t know, The Last Guardian is the latest offering from Team ICO and has been in development since 2007. The game is about an old man recounting his memories of when he was a young boy and found Trico, a giant feathered creature. It is set for a worldwide release in December 2016
