The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Gets A Release Window On Nintendo Switch; Mods Look Unlikely

Nintendo has revealed on their game listing page that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be released in fall 2017 for the Nintendo Switch. No month has been given, and only that fall 2017 window. The games listing on Nintendo may have also revealed some information or should we say lack of information.

On the product listing, you can check the features of the game and for Skyrim there wasn’t a single mention of mods so it doesn’t look likely that this feature will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. It’s also interesting that the listing of the game only refers to it as “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” and not “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Special Edition” which could also mean that it won’t include any of enhancements that the Xbox One and PS4 version got.

Are you going to pick Skyrim up once again for the Nintendo Switch or have you had enough of Skyrim to give it one try? Let us know in the comments section below.

Have your say!
