Infinite Warfare Review

Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare_20170117232224

The Call of Duty franchise is one of the most famous in the gaming world. Releases like Modern Warfare 2 and 3 managed to attract thousands of gamers to the series. However, the latest edition Infinite Warfare takes things to the next level. While it looks similar to the other COD titles on the surface, it’s fifty times better. If you haven’t had the chance to play this game on the PS4 or XBox One, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. It’s quite addictive, and you’re guaranteed to keep yourself entertained for hours. Still not convinced? Then read this short review, and we’ll tell you a little more.

Game modes:

Just like most of the other Call of Duty releases, Infinite Warfare comes with three standard game modes. There’s the campaign mode for people who like to play the full game as created by the designers. There is then an online multiplayer mode for people who fell in love with team deathmatches a long time ago. The title also comes with a brand new zombies mode that is proving popular. Earlier releases from this company contain simpler versions of zombies. However, none of them were that impressive, and most gamers found them a little tedious. The same is not true when playing Infinite Warfare.

Those of you who played Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will remember all those old guns from World War 2. Modern Warfare 3 offered something a little different, but Infinite Warfare takes things to another level. With the new title, gamers can use various weapons never seen on a COD game before. Indeed, there are even some prototype guns available too. Some of the best shooters in this game include:

  • NV4
  • Erad
  • Mauler
  • KBS Longbow
  • Oni
  • DCM-8

That’s just a small selection of the weapons we tried when testing the game. However, there are lots of other ones on there too.

Gameplay and tech

While this game hit the markets last year, it still has some of the best graphics you’re going to find from a new title. Indeed, this year’s best gaming monitors were created for titles of this nature. The gameplay is fast, and the controls are responsive. There doesn’t seem to be much lagging like there was with Modern Warfare 3. So, Infinite Warfare should make a vast improvement on COD titles you’ve encountered in the past. Every shot should count, and you shouldn’t get too stressed about all the times you fired the gun with no effect because the game was running slowly.

Would we recommend this game to our friends? We already have! It’s impressive, to say the least, but it’s also got lots of features to ensure you never get bored. Sure, the COD franchise will release a new and improved title during the next few months. However, you don’t want to invest in that until you completed Infinite Warfare. So, now is the best time to make your purchase and jump on the bandwagon. We’ll catch you guys in the lobby waiting for team deathmatch to start once we’re done publishing this post! Enjoy!

Have your say!
