Ubisoft has just announced that The Crew 2 will launch on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 16, 2018. Along with that they have announced that those who pre order will get the Legendary Motors Pack which includes the following:

A $69.99 Deluxe Edition will be available and include this content:
