We know that Sega is supposed to be announcing some new news regarding the Yakuza franchise soon but it seems we may have found out one of those announcements early. It appears that Yakuza Kiwami 2 is on the way to the PlayStation 4 as a listing on the Taiwan PlayStation Store has appeared. It also has a release date of December 7, 2017.
Yakuza Kiwami 2 will follow the first Yakuza Kiwami and will be a full remake of Yakuza 2 which released on PlayStation 2. It appears the game will use the Yakuza 6 engine as well. Let us know in the comments if you’re excited for this remake.
