In his latest video, known Call of Duty insider TheGamingRevolution shared information that Call of Duty 2020, leaked to be set in Vietnam, will be revealed this month.
TheGamingRevolution reveals that Activision will be attending the Summer Game Fest from Geoff Keighley and here they will share more on this year’s Call of Duty.
Previously, TheGamingRevolution, alongside other sources including Bloombergs’s Jason Schreier, revealed the next Call of Duty title is tentatively known as Call of Duty: Vietnam. That’s because the game is to be set during the Cold War/Vietnam era.
There’s been whispers of a Vietnam focused Call of Duty title for years now and 2020 is looking like the year those whispers might just become reality.
Although his Modern Warfare leaks are what propelled TheGamingRevolution to infamy, he has a track record of accurate Call of Duty Zombies back from Black Ops 4.
If the news of Call of Duty 2020 not being a Black Ops reboot disappoints you, fret not. TheGamingRevolution claims that some beloved characters like Frank Woods might be making cameos in the game, which could serve as a set-up for Treyarch’s next Call of Duty game in 2022.
Lastly, TheGamingRevolution also hints that Warzone players should keep their eyes open as clues might be dropping in the Warzone to tease Call of Duty 2020.
