Sony Interactive Entertainment has a new record selling franchise as this morning they announced that Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part II has sold through more than 4 million copies as of June 21.
That means that in only three days it sold over 4 million copies making it the fastest selling PlayStation 4 exclusive title ever. The previous highest ones where God of War which sold 3.1 million in three days and Marvel’s Spider-Man which sold 3.3 million in three days. The Last of Us Part II seems to have shattered that record.
