Sega and developer CyberConnect 2 have released a new trailer today for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles that shows off more of the modes and gameplay.
Along with the new trailer we also learned about the free post-launch content coming for the game including a new performance mode. There will be three different free updates that will deliver new playable demons to the roster.
The PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC versions of the game will get a 60FPS performance mode that will let players play at 60FPS during Story mode and during any moment where the player is controlling the character. Cutscenes will still run at 30FPS however.
We don’t have much longer to wait to play the game as it launches on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC on October 15 and October 13 for those who pre-order the digital deluxe edition.
