Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Terrible Toybox, in cooperation with Lucasfilm Games, have announced a brand-new Monkey Island game called Return to Monkey Island.
The game will be a sequel to the original point-and-click adventure games Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge. Ron Gilbert is of course back working on this new game so if you were a fan of the originals it sounds like you won’t want to miss this.
No platforms were revealed but the game is slated to release later in 2022. We’ll keep you updated on the game as more news drops.
