Capcom made several announcements during the latest PlayStation State of Play and one of those is that Resident Evil Village is coming to PlayStation VR2.
The story mode for the award-winning eighth main-entry in the franchise is in development for PlayStation VR2 on PlayStation 5. Players can expect the game to use the headset’s 4K HDR display, eye tracking, 3D audio, and other advanced features like the PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers. These will allow new actions like the ability to dual wield weapons or use their arms to guard against attacks.
No specific date was announced but you can probably expect it in 2023. For now check out the first trailer.
