Capcom has announced that the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions of Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil 7 are available now.
If you owned any of these games on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One you can upgrade to the new versions at no cost. However, if you owned Resident Evil 7 through getting it for free through PlayStation Plus the upgrade appears to not be available to you. PC players can also download a new patch today for these titles to get the improvements.
As for what those improvements are, they include ray-tracing support, 4K/60FPS support, a 120FPS mode, 3D Audio support, and PlayStation 5 DualSense adaptive trigger and haptic feedback support. You can check out the new trailer below.
