Good Shepherd Entertainment and developer ACE Team have announced that The Eternal Cylinder is getting a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Steam version alongside its Anniversary Update this October.
The new versions will launch on October 13 and anyone who owned the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will be able to upgrade for free. The Anniversary Update will release the same day and bring new content to the game on all platforms including two new creatures, the new Trebhum ability, and various technical improvements.
Those who play on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X will be able to choose between 4K or ray-tracing modes while the PlayStation 5 version will include DualSense Haptic Feedback and trigger support.
The Eternal Cylinder takes place on an alien world teeming with surreal environments, exotic beings and awe-inspiring wonders, all dominated by The Cylinder: a gargantuan structure of ancient origin that relentlessly crushes everything in its path.
