Earlier today, Sony added special themes for PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4 on PS5 to celebrate 30 years of PlayStation.

First go to settings.
Then go to PlayStation 30th Anniversary at the top of the settings
Once in there, click on Appearance and Sound and then the entire selection will show up for you to choose from.
