Publisher Level Infinite and developer KUKRGAME have announced their new new survival horror virtual reality game Dread Meridian for SteamVR, Quest 2, and Quest 3.
No release date was announced for the title but community testing is set to take place later this year and the development team is very eager to gather user feedback in the lead up to launch. Expect more news in the near future.
Dread Meridian is a chilling atmospheric survival horror game. Built from the ground up for virtual reality, it aims to deliver a frozen wasteland of horrors to uncover on the island of Oglanbyen.
Play as Daniella, a researcher who travels to a remote island spiraling into madness in search of her lost twin sister. In this harrowing adventure, players will come face to face with unimaginable creatures, cryptic puzzles and dread-filled environments. Battle the way you want with intense VR combat and tactical decisions. It’ll be up to players to choose how to best utilize their limited resources and customizable weapons. When ammo is low, players can pull out their trusty knife and fight till their last breath.
