It appears that Starfield had a pretty good launch on PlayStation 5 in the US after finally releasing on the platform.
According to Senior Director and Video Game Industry Advisor at Circana Mat Piscatella, Starfield was the best-selling video game in the US based on dollar sales for the week ending April 11th.
This is the first time the game led weekly US sales since it released on Xbox Series and PC back during the week ending September 2, 2023.
The PlayStation 5 version of the game released on April 7 alongside the Free Lanes update and Terran Armade DLC both of which released on all platforms.
