The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake Launches on November 5

Nintendo has announced that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will release on the Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5.

The team released a bunch of gameplay of the game along with a pretty awesome trailer all of which you can view below. It appears to be a faithful remake but has some changes like voice acting, a jump button, and more.

Nintendo will also release a Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition Switch 2 Console, a Pro Controller, and a carrying case on October 29. Two Amiibo based on Young Link and Young Zelda will arrive in 2027.

Become the Hero of Time and save Hyrule from darkness

Take up your sword and embark on a grand adventure! The evil Ganondorf is determined to steal his way into the legendary Sacred Realm, seize the mythical Triforce, and conquer the world. It’s up to you, as the young hero Link, to stop him.

Set out with your companion fairy, Navi, on a quest to venture into deadly dungeons, solve puzzles, and collect weapons of great power. You’ll need to travel across time in two different eras to restore balance to Hyrule!

A classic tale, built from the ground up for the Nintendo Switch™ 2 system

This version of the story that first debuted on the Nintendo 64™ system features completely overhauled visuals, characters with voiced dialogue (and a great deal more to say), expanded cutscenes, symphonic orchestral music, reworked camera and movement controls, and more. You can even play Link’s in-game ocarina by humming or playing your own instrument using the Nintendo Switch™ 2 system microphone.

This classic tale, reborn on Nintendo Switch 2, is an excellent entry point into the Legend of Zelda™ series!
